England play Sri Lanka in a must-win game at Pallekele. At present, England trail the hosts 3-1 and they have to give a better account of themselves to win the crucial match.

In the fourth ODI, England gave the hosts a run for their money, but eventually lost in the final over of the game. Eoin Morgan and James Taylor scored fine half-centuries for the visitors and Chris Jordan bowled well. In particular, Taylor, impressed by using his feet to the bowlers.

The seasoned duo of Kumar Sangakkara and Angelo Mathews were the two players, who engineered Sri Lanka's triumph. The spinners shared the spoils between them to restrict England to 267. Sachithra Senanayake, the off-spinner, will replace the injured, Rangana Herath.

Quotes:

We (Mahela and I) will not be missed when we go. We have been hunting in pairs and it has been a privilege to represent these fans: Kumar Sangakkara.

I have not had a prolonged stay in the middle, this (knock of 62 in the 4th ODI) will lift my confidence. We have not exposed Sri Lanka's middle-order yet: Eoin Morgan, England's skipper.
