After steering India to a series win with his all-round brilliance, Hardik Pandya is set to deliver in the upcoming three-match ODI series, starting March 23 in Pune. Along with fellow teammates, the Baroda player took off to Pune on Sunday. Visuals have surfaced online showing Hardik, his wife, model-actress Natasa Stankovic, and their baby boy Agastya at the airport. The all-rounder was seen carrying his son in a baby carrier.

Natasa took to her Instagram handle to update her feed with some mid-air photos. The first candid click shared by her caught Hardik and Agastya in their nap time, sitting in the flight. The next is a selfie of her with hubby while their son continues his siesta.

Hardik also shared one with the son on Instagram and wrote, “Thank you Ahmedabad. My forever travel partner. See you Pune”

Accompanying Hardik for the ODI series against England is his brother Krunal. The elder Pandya brother who is an all-rounder was included in the 18-member squad, announced by BCCI last Friday.

Hardik shared a picture with Krunal, both donning Indian jerseys and wrote, “Twins.”

Talking about Hardik’s spell in the recently concluded Twenty20 International series against England, he bowled his full-quota in all the five matches. He suffered an injury in 2019 and was not permitted to bowl for the majority of the season until the series. He is known for his fireworks with the bat but it was his smart bowling in the T20I which gave the Indian captain Virat Kohli the edge of a complete all-rounder. India was rotating with six bowlers in the last game and Hardik's performance gave the side a crucial balance. Post the last fixture, Hardik said he has been coping well and finetuning his action.

After the ODI series, Hardik is expected to be a part of the Mumbai Indians squad for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The tournament hosted by India will start from April 9.

In the BCCI announced squad,Karnataka pacer Prasidh Krishna and Suryakumar Yadav have also been inluded.

The three matches will be played at the MCA stadium in Gahunje on March 23, 26, and 28, behind closed doors.
