Ahead of IPL 2021 let’s predict X-Factor oriented players from all the participating teams who carry the caliber to change the momentum of the game at any point of the match. The below mentioned list is based on the player's recent form and also established by the fact that how much their parent team count on them.

Here is the list of most unpredictable bunch of players in squad of each participating IPL teams-

Suryakumar

Mumbai Indians

The defending champions always outsmart their opponents, as the 5 time winner of the IPL trophy team Mumbai Indians carries many competitive ‘X-Factor’ oriented players in the playing XI. MI stands out as the most unpredictable team as it carries likes of Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Quienton De Kock and Pandya Brothers. But the players who always proves a ‘Joker in the Pack’ is none-other than Caribbean player Kieron Pollard.  The backbone of MI can bat aggressively, bowl smartly and fields like a panther.

Ruturaj-Gaikwad.jpg

Chennai Super Kings

Chennai Super Kings and their inability to capitalize the powerplay overs is becoming a hurdle for the most loved IPL team since the last 2 yrs. Chennai Super Kings backed Ruturaj Gaikwad even after horrific last year, speaks the words that the player has many surprises in the bag for IPL 2021. Gaikwad advances for IPL 2021 after rejoicing a fruitful domestic season and if the 24-year-old lives up to the expectations then CSK can clinch its lost glory.

Russell

Kolkata Knight Riders

There is a neck-to-neck competition between two quality players-Eoin Morgan and Andrew Russel for the X-Factor tag. Believe me, if this duo kick-starts the season with their natural game-play then they can single-handedly devastate any of the opponent teams. Eoin Morgan will be the full time skipper for Kolkata Knight Riders this IPL season.

Marcus-Stoinis.jpg

Delhi Capitals

Everyone was shocked when non-favorites Delhi Capitals qualified as the finalist of IPL 2020. Do you know why this underdog team tagged as the finalist and which player contributed the most behind the curtain? Well, it’s none other than Marcus Stoinis and that’s why the team retained this iconic player for the upcoming season. Stoinis can amplify low scores to big totals, play cameo in death overs and can do wonders with the bowl when the skipper requires a wicket.

Rashid.jpg

Sunrisers Hyderabad

Just like Mumbai Indians, this team has plenty of players who successfully uphold the X-Factor tag. Kane Williamson, Rashid Khan, Bhuvenshwar Kumar and David Warner are the soul of the orange army. It would be unfair to leave the other three and choose one amongst the options. However, if I have to choose a bowler who can sometimes cameo as a potential batsman then my pick definitely will be Rashid Khan.

AB

Royal Challengers Bangalore

Do we need a name for the RCB squad? Everyone knows the player and even RCB Skipper Virat Kohli counts on his companion AB de Villiers' capability more than his own. Popular by the name Mr. 360, AB has carved out victory from nowhere for the Red Army in different IPL seasons.

Ben

Rajasthan Royals

Rajasthan Royals spent a decent IPL season last year and many frontline players Jos Butler, Sanju Samson and Rahul Tewatia contributed a bit. But the man who delivered several stand alone performances was Ben Stokes and I guess no one can forget his dedicated ton against mighty MI. Ben Stokes is T20 format’s most iconic player and a well deserved candidate for X-factor.

Gayle.jpg

Punjab Kings

Punjab Kings have changed their name and sports gear for the upcoming season but the man who defines the team remains the same. Yes, we are talking about Universe Boss Chris Gayle- the Epitome of T20 Cricket. Everyone remains glued to their television set till the time Gayle is present at the pitch. The true entertainer at the 43 years of age can stand and deliver massive six effortlessly.

These are our X-Factor Players from each of the IPL franchises. If you have your own with a different set of players, please let us know in the comment section.
