New Zealand

The Blackcaps will lock horns against Men In Blue in the third and final fixture of the T20I series at McLean Park in Napier. The hosts will be keen to deliver an improved performance after an unfortunate debacle in Sunday’s game. Skipper Kane Williamson is unavailable for the series decider, but Kiwis will be backed by home advantage and a good mix of youth and experience.

New Zealand are T20I specialists and they are well-versed with the art of comebacks. The likes of Finn Allen, Devon Conway and Glenn Philips would be clinical in Blackcaps success. Mark Chapman will replace Williamson in the playing XI and is expected to bat at crucial no. 03 spot. Skipper for the evening, Tim Southee picked a hat-trick in the last game and will be New Zealand’s boss with the ball in the powerplay overs.

Taking an unassailable 1-0 lead, India will be keen to back the momentum to register their second T20I series win against New Zealand in a calendar year. Men In Blue ticked all the important boxes in the preceding game where Suryakumar Yadav smashed a breathtaking century that helped India to post a mammoth total of 191 runs. In response, Kiwis batters succumbed to pressure and Deepak Hooda outshined in the bowling department with his four-wicket haul.

Team India will definitely aim to keep pace with the gained momentum for another bilateral series win in New Zealand. Rishabh Pant failed to get-off a start in the last game, and most likely Sanju Samson could get a chance in the series decider. Suryakumar Yadav is at his ultimate best and another sensational innings is loading. Spin duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Washington Sundar could be a stiff challenge for New Zealand batters.

Topbets Prediction

India looked the better of the two teams by a fair distance in the first two games. In the batting department, the Men in Blue have sizzled. However, the hosts would start with a slight advantage as they’ve got a strong lineup and are well-acquainted with the conditions. There are many game-changing players in the home team who can lead the comeback.

Market Odds (As on 09:00 P.M)
