The youngest South African player to score a century in ODI was Quinton De Kock on 8 November 2013 against Pakistan in Abu Dubai. He scored 112 from 135 balls as the opening batsmen, racking up nine 4s and one 6 for a strike rate of 82.96. He was 20 years and 326 days old.

I had to dig around a bit for this one (thanks Google).

It looks like it was Quinton De Kock - he scored 112 runs against Pakistan in Abu Dhabi in 2013.
