Dean Elgar and Keegan Petersen were steadily closing in towards the 212 run target set by India on Day 3 of the Cape Town Test. Ashwin trapped Elgar for an LBW and the on-field umpire gave it as out. South Africa's captain took the review and the decision was overturned as the ball was missing the stumps.

What made Virat Kohli and his teammates upset with this decision was that the ball was supposed to actually hit the stumps. The extra bounce made it look as if the ball passed from over the stumps. R Ashwin, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli couldn't keep their cool after this incident in a must-win game.

"You should find better ways to win Supersport," R Ashwin said, talking about the broadcasters. KL Rahul, meanwhile, said that the home team was being supported more. “The whole country is playing against eleven guys,” he said.

Virat Kohli walked towards the stump mic, and was heard saying "Focus on your team as well and not just the opposition. Always trying to catch people.” We all know about his aggressiveness, thus Kohli didn't stop there and was visibly frustrated. "Well done, DRS. Very well done. Going above the shoulder. DRS is hacked.”
